Summer Fun, and Vacation!

Whew - where to start? We've had a lot of activities since the last post. We went to a fun county fair a few weeks back, where the highlights were the barnyard animals and the small furry cute collection of bunnies and chicks and such. Molly got to feed a sheep, though I think it may have freaked her out a bit. We also enjoyed a hilarious looking samurai bunny.





Then we attended a wedding (a cousin of Daddy's) where the officiant was none other than Elvis! (Though he also bore a striking resemblance to Jim Jones.) He was quite a ham and we all had a very fun time at the event. Molly learned to hang a spoon from her nose and she boogied with the bride. She loved her party dress!







Finally, we went on vacation! We enjoyed staying at Grandma and Grandpa H.'s new summer house in Maine. We went swimming (in a real live swimming hole), went to LL Bean, generally frolicked, and got to visit another of Daddy's cousins and his two very cute sons. All in all, August has been a fun month!
